A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
APPROVING THE RELEASE OF PERFORMANCE BOND'FOR
WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS AT TRAIL'S END PLAZA
WHEREAS, construction of the aforementioned water and sewer
systems are completed; and
WHEREAS, the water and sewer systems have passed all per-
tinent testing to date; and
WHEREAS, the developer has provided the City with a one-year
warranty and a contractor's release of lien; and
WHEREAS, the engineering firm of record has requested release
of the performance bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
in full.
That the surety bond for Trail's End Plaza is hereby released
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 7th day of November,~989.
