FLORIDA, REDUCING THE AMOUNT OF THE PERFORMANCE
BOND FOR CITRUS TRAIL, A P.U.D. IN SECTION 18,
TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, a performance bond by The American Insurance Company
in the amount of $488,000.00 was posted for the construction of improvements,
and,
WHEREAS, all work is completed except paving and drainage,
including sidewalks and swales, and street lighting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY IIqE CITY CON~LISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
The amount of the bond be reduced to the value of the
uncompleted work plus 10%, amounting to $45,928.00.
