Good evening Amanda,
In light of the appointment of the new Commissioner and the need to clean up some
conditions resulting from comments provided by the Planning and Development Board, we are
respectfully requesting to postpone the agenda item referenced above. We believe that the
newest Commissioner should be afforded more time to review the full application and staff
report and that it would be difficult for him or her to vote on something without the benefit of
such a review.
I will be attending the meeting in the event there are any questions.
