A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLOR]DA, AUTHORIZING
THE RELEASE OF A QUITCLAIM DEED, AS SURETY
FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS SAUSALITO PLACE
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WltEREAS, The City of Boynton Beach, Florida entered into an agreement with
Home Dynamics, Inc. and First Union Bank wherein Home Dynamics, Inc. agreed to perform
certain subdivision improvements at Sausalito Place; and
WHEREAS, as a security measure, a quitclaim deed to lot number 9 was executed in
favor of the City of Boynton Beach; and
WHEREAS, all agreed upon subdivision improvements have been performed at
Sausalito Place by Home Dynamics, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLOR/DA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon the
recommendation of staff, hereby approves the release of the Quitclaim Deed for the project
known as Sausalito Place Subdivision Improvements.
Section 2.
That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.

QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS QUITCLAIM DEED, is made on January .,~:~, 2001, between FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK
("GRANTOR"), and CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA ("GRANTEE'3.
GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars, to GRANTOR in hand paid by GRANTEE,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to GRANTEE, and
GRANTEE's successors and assigns forever, all the dght title, interest, claim
has in the following described land, situate, lying and being in Palm Beach and demand which GRANTOR
County, Florida:
Lot 9, Sausalito Place P.U.D., according to the map or plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 76, Page 47, Public Records of Palm Beach County,
Flodda.
Property Appraiser's parcel identification number:
To Have and to Hold said property unto GRANTEE AND GRANTEE's heirs and assigns forever.
This deed has been executed in accordance with the terms of that certain Agreement for Security entered
of even date between GRANTOR, GRANTEE, and Home Dynamics Corporation relating to the completion
of certain improvements to the Sausalito Place PUD and other matters. The terms of that Agreement
determine the time and manner in which delivery of this deed is to be effected.
