A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
A FULL RELEASE OF CASH SURETY IN THE AMOUNT
OF $$10,851 TO WOOLBRIGHT PETROLEUM FOR
PERMITTED WORK AT THE EXXON GAS STATION;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Woolbright Petroleum submitted a cash surety for the Exxon gas
Station at 1601 South Federal Highway, to be held until all outstanding issues of their
temporary Certificate of Occupancy were completed; and
WHEREAS, staff has determined that all work has been completed and the
Certificate of Completion has been issued;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon the
of staff, hereby approves the release of the cash surety in the amount of
$10,851.00, to Woolbright Petroleum.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
