89-HHRESOLUTION NO. 89
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BoyNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
APPROVING THE REDUCTION OF SURETY FOR
WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
AT CEDAR POINT, PLATS 7 AND 9
(SITES 1, 2, 3 AND 4)
WHEREAS, construction of the aforementioned water and
sewer systems is predomtnately completed and,
WHEREAS, the Rater and sewer systems have passed all
pertinent testing to date, been certified by the engineer of
record, and accepted for operation and maintenance, and
WHEREAS, the engineering firm of record has requested
establishment of a reduced surety bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COMMISSION OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the surety bond requirement for Cedar Point Plats
7 and 9 (Sites 1, 2, 3 and 4), be reduced to a value of
~13,090.00, said amount to be furnished to the City of Boynton
Beach via a new bond to replace the existing bond.
