89-DDRESOLUTION NO. -
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA RELEASING THE PERFORmaNCE BOND
FOR STREET LIGHTS AND ~40 TRAFFIC SIGNALS POSTED BY
PUBLIX SUPERMARKETS, INC.
WHEREAS, street lights have been installed and paid for by Publix
Super Markets, Inc., and,
WHEREAS, the County has made a determination that only one traffic
signal is warranted, and,
WHEREAS, Publix Super ~rkets, Inc. has paid $30,000.00 which has
been deposited in an Escrow Accounn for said signal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE .IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of $61,500.00
for street lights and traffic signals is hereby released.
