REDUCING THE PERFORMANCE BONDS FOR WELLESLEY AT BOYNTON
BEACH, A REPLAT' OF TRACT "N" OF THE MEADOWS 300 IN SECTION
7, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, a request has been received to reduce the Performance
Bonds, as listed below, for Wellesley at Boynton Beach;

WHEREAS, the value of the uncompleted work has been determined to
be $194,100.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the above listed Performance Bonds in the amount of
$309,494.50 are hereby reduced to $194,100.00.
