A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING
THE REDUCTION OF SURETY FOR WATER AND SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS FOR WINDWARD P.U.D., PHASE I
WHEREAS, construction of the aforementioned water and sewer
systems is predominately completed; and
WHEREAS, the water and sewer systems have passed all per-
tinent testing to date; and
WHEREAS, the engineering firm of record has requested
establishment of a reduced surety bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the surety bond requirement for Windward
P.U.D., Phase I, is reduced to $11,810.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day~June, 1989.
