A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, URGING
NEIGHBORING COMMUNITIES IN PALMBEACH COUNTY
TO WORK TOGETHER TO PROVIDE A GATHERING PLACE
AND RELATED SERVICES FOR AREA YOUTH.
WHEREAS, Palm Beach County has been experiencing disturbances
caused by youth in certain areas of the county; and
WHEREAS, the disturbances are perceived as a Countywide
problem.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City of Boynton Beach, Florida, urges neigh-
boring municipalities and Palm Beach County to work together to pro-
'vide one or more gathering places and related services for area youth.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to send copies
of this Resolution to members of the Palm Beach County Board of County
Commission.
