A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE PLANNING DIRECTOR TO ACT
AS THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE AND
AGENT FOR THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, IN
A PETITION FOR REZONING WITH PALM BEACH
COUNTY.
W~IEREAS this City wishes to rezone a certain parcel of
land for a future water treatment plant to be located on
West Boynton Beach Boulevard at the LWDD E-3 Canal; and
WHEREAS, in this regard County regulations require
municipal corporations to designate a person, in writing, to
be responsible for the application; and
WREREAS, written proof of that person's authority to
speak on behalf of the municipality is required; and
WHEREAS, documents are required to be submitted by
petition to the Palm Beach County Planning Commission, under
signature of the owner or the owner's agent,
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ~ CITY COMMISSION
OF ~ CITY OF BOY1FINDN BEACh, FLORIDA,:
Section 1. Carmen S. Annunziato, Planning Director,
is hereby designated and authorized to sign all documents
necessary for the rezoning of the western water treatment
plant site within the County of Palm Beach.
Section 2. Carmen Annunziato, Planning Director, is
hereby delegated with the authority to speak and act on
behalf of the City of Boynton Beach in all matters related
to this petition for rezoning before the appropriate County
bodies.
