A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
REDUCING THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR M~ADOWS PARK, A
REPLAT OF TRACT "E", PLAT NO. 3 IN SECTION 7,
TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, the performance bond by Fidelity and Deposit Company of
Maryland in the amount of $55,436.00 for Site Improvements (previously reduced
from $344,260.00 by Resolution No. 88-VVV) is being held to insure that
required improvements are installed, completed and paid for in accordance with
applicable requirements, and,
WHEREAS, improvements have been made and the value of the uncom-
pleted work plus 10% is $7,600.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the performance bond for site improvements may be reduced to
the value of $7,600.00.
