A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
RELEASING THE RESTORATION BOND FOR ~N EXCAVATION PERMIT
FOR MATERIAL REMOVED FROM THE WELLESLEY P.U.D. PLAT
SITE IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGES 99 thrU 104 OF THE
COUNTY RECORDS
WHEREAS, a Restoration Bond from Fidelity and Deposit Company of
Maryland in the amount of $12,000.00 was posted on September 14, 1988 to the
City of Boynton Beach as surety for restoration from damage from excavation and
hauling operations at the Wellesley, P.U.D., and,
WHEREAS, the excavation work has been completed without damage to
the site and off'site areas including roadways.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
The Restoration Bond in the amount of $12,000.00 is hereby released.
