A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE RELEASE OF THE RESTORATION BOND IN THE
AMOUNT OF $10,000 FOR A FILL PERMIT AT MANOR CARE, INC.
ON LOT l, PLAT 1, IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH,
RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, the fill work on Lot 1, Plat 1, of the Manor Care
Subdivision has been completed and all restoration work required has been
done.
NOW THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That it is hereby resolved to release the Restoration Bond in the
amount of $10,000, posted by the Developer and the St. Paul Fire and Marine
Insurance Company.
