OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, REDUCING THE'A~OUNT
OF THE PERFORMANCE BOND FORHEATHERLAKE'. ATfTHE
MEADOWS (TRACT "L" OF MEADOWS 300) IN SECTION 7,
TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST, RECORDED IN
BOOK 58, PAGE 38 OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF
PALM BEACH COUNTY
WHEREAS, a performance bond by Transamerica Insurance
Company in the amount of $370,522.08 was posted for the construc-
tion of improvements, and,
WHEREAS, all work is completed except the sodding of
swales, sidewalks and miscellaneous repairs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
The amount of the bond be reduced to the value of the
uncompleted work plus 10%, amounting to $55,409.75.
