A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ASSESSING THE COSTS OF
ABATEMENT OF CERTAIN NUISANCES AGAINST THE OWNERS
OF THE PROPERTY INVOLVED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 88-QQ was duly adopted by
the City Commission on July 5, 1988; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution contained an error in the
amounts of the fines due on two parcels of land.
NOW:, THEREFORE, be and it is hereby resolved by the
City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
Section 1. That the amount of fines in Resolution
No. 88-QQ shall be for said parcels:

Section 2. Ail other provisions of Resolution No.
88-QQ shall remain in full force and effect as previously
enacted.
Section 3. That the City Clerk be and she is
hereby directed to record a certified copy of this
Resolution in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for Palm Beach County, Florida.
Section 4. That such liens shall bear interest
from six months after the date that they have been filed in
the official record books of Palm Beach County, Florida, at
the rate of eight (8%) per cent per annum until fully paid.

Section 5. That the City Clerk be and she is
further directed to notifyw by certified mail, the
registered owners of the parcels of land named hereinabove,
of the assessments of the liens on their property.
Section 6. That this Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its passage.
