A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, TO RELEASE THE
RESTORATION BOND FOR THE EXCAVATION AND FILL
PERMIT FOR CITRUS GLEN IN SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP
45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, Performance Bonds have been posted for Citrus
and for Executive Estates and include the excavation and fill
and,
WHEREAS, the cash Restoration Bond of $30,000.00 for an
excavation and fill permit for Citrus Glen (now Citrus Trail and
ye Estates) is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the cash Restoration Bond in the amount of $30,000.0
prior to platting of Citrus Trail and Executive Estates is
released.
