OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, TO RELEASE THE
RESTORATION BOND FOR THE FILL PE~4IT FOR PARCEL
NO. 1, BOYNTON BEACH MALL (HERMANrS PLAZA) IN
SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, the fill work has been completed for the project
known as Herman's Plaza, and,
WHEREAS, restoration of any damage to public or private
property has been restOred to an equal or better condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the Restoration Bond in the amount of $18,500.00 for
the fill permit for the above named project be released.
