A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR TRACT "J",
BRISTOL AT HUNTERS RUN IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP
46 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of $345,557.30
is being held according to City Ordinances to insure that sub-
division improvements are installed, completed and paid for in
accordance with applicable requirements, and,
WHEREAS, all fees including the $6,282.86 administration
fee has been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the plat is ~hereby resolved to have received final
)lat approval by the City Commission in the City of Boynton Beach,
~lorida, with all conditions previously agreed upon and subject
~ubdivision is hereby affirmed and adopted.
