A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, REDUCING THE PERFORMANCE BOND AMOUNT
REQUIRED FOR MEAD'OW LAKE P.U.D., A REPLAT OF
TRACT "M", 5~ADOWS 300, PLAT NO. 3 IN BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the performance bond No. B04762 by Southeastern
Casualty and Indemnity Insurance Company in the amount of
$391,394.00 is being held to insure that required improvements are
installed, completed and paid for in accordance with applicable
requirements, and,
WHEREAS, most of the work has been satisfactorily completed
and the value of the uncompleted work determined to be $65,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
The performance bond may be reduced to $65,000.00 plus 10%
or $71,500.00.
