RELEASING THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR THE SUBDIVISION
FOR MANOR CARE IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH
RANGE 43 EAST '
WHEREAS, a'performance bond in the amount of $78,000.00
was received, and,
WHEREAS, a certification letter has been received from the
Design Engineer and a one year guarantee letter from the Developer
for defective materials and workmanship.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
SION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the performance bond is hereby released.
