A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE QUANTUM PARK,
"PLAT OF P.C.D. CENTER" IN SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 45
SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST IN PALM BEACH COUNTY, STATE
OF FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the final plat for the Planned Commercial
Development Center for Quantum Park at Boynton Beach, a Planned
Industrial Development, has been received, and,
and,
WHEREAS, the filing fee of $250.00 has been received,
WHEREAS, surety in the amount of $10,225,000.00 and anal1
administration fee of $185,900.00 has previously been paid for
of the Quantum Park construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACHr FLORIDA:
That the Plat for the P.C.D. Center is hereby resolved tc
have received final plat approval by the City Commission in the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, with all conditions previously
agreed upon.
