A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, REDUCING THE BOND AMOUNT REQUIRED
FOR MINER RIDGE ESTATES IN SECTION 16,
TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of $63/600.00
is being held to insure that subdivision improvements are
installed, completed and paid for in accordance with applicable
requirements, and,
WHEREAS, improvements have been completed except for
paving overlay, remaining sidewalks and concrete curbs and swales,
and,
WHEREAS, the value of the uncompleted improvements plus
10% is estimated to be $11,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the performance bond may be reduced to cover the
cost of the remaining work plus 10% to equal $11,000.00.
