FLORIDA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR LAS
PAL~.~S LANDING, A REPLAT OF FISHERMAN"S
LANDING AND A PORTION OF LAS PALMAS PARK
iN SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE
43 EAST
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of $36,000.00
has been received to assure construction of the improvements, and,
WHEREAS, all fees have been paid, including the
administration fee of $652.42.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMI~SION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
The final plat for Las Palmas Landing is hereby approved.
