A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RELEASING
THE PERFORMANCE BONDS FOR POD P OF THE SUMMIT
PLAT NO. 1 ALSO KNOWN AS EASTGATE AT HUNTERS
RUN IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTHt RANGE
43 EAST
WHEREAS, performance bonds in the amount of $280,000
and $208,000 were posted for the construction of improvements,
and,
WHEREAS, all work is completed and a certification letter
from the Design Engineer, dated March 16, 1988, and a one year
guarantee letter from the Developer, dated October 13, 1987, have
been received,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COmmISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
The above said performance bonds (previously reduced to
$5,000 each by Resolution No. 85-QQ) are hereby released.
