A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RELEASING THE PERFORMANCE
BOND FOR THE PORTION OF MINER ROAD EAST OF
SANDALWOOD DRIVE IN THE CHALET IV SUBDIVISION IN
SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, earthwork, paving and drainage and appurtenant
work has been done for the completion of the Miner Road construc-
tion, east of Sandalwood Drive in the Chalet IV Subdivision, and,
WHEREAS, a certification has been received from the Design
Engineer and a one year guarantee has been received from the
Developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
The performance bond in the amount of $89,773.30 is hereby
released.
