A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RELEASING THE PERFORMANCE
BOND FOR CHALET IV, PLAT NO. 3 IN SECTION 18,
TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST AS RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 176 thru 179 OF PALM BEACH
COUNTY RECORDS
WHEREAS, earthwork, paving and drainage, water distributiol
system and sewage collection system improvements have been made,
and,
WHEREAS., the Design Engineer has certified that the work
was satisfactory and a one year guarantee has been received from
the Developer.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
The performance bond, previously reduced to $16,800.00
by Resolution No. 87-HH, may be hereby released.
