A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RELEASING THE PERFORMANCE
BOND FOR 1744 ft. PORTION OF THE LOOP ROAD, a.k.a.
SANDALWOOD DRIVE, WEST OF CONGRESS AVENUE iN SECTION
18, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, earthwork, paving and drainage, street lighting,
lines and sanitary sewer line construction have been
)leted, and,
WHEREAS, a certification letter has been received from the
Engineer and a one year guarantee from the Developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
The performance bond, previously reduced to $21,000,00 by
