A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
REDUCING THE PERFOP/~ANCE BOND FOR WELLESLEY AT
BOYNTON BEACH, A REPLAT OF TRACT "N" OF THE MEADOWS
300 IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGES 99 thru 104 OF
THE COUNTY RECORDS
WHEREAS, a request has been received to reduce the
$25,100.00 performance bond for Street Lights for Wellesley at
Boynton Beach, and,
WHEREAS, the value of the uncompleted street lights has
been determined to be $12,550,00.
NOW, THE .REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA:
The performance bond for Street Lights in the amount of
$25,100..00 is hereby reduced to $12,550.00.
