A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
REDUCING THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR WELLESLEY AT
BOYNTON BEACH, A REPLAT OF TRACT "N" OF THE MEADOWS
300 IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGES 99 thru 104 OF
THE COUNTY RECORDS
WHEREAS, a request has been received to reduce the
$135~587.00 performance bond for Sanitary Sewers for Wellesley
at Boynton Beach, and,
WHEREAS, the value of the uncompleted sanitary sewer work
has been determined to be $49,942.00.
NOW', THEREFORE, BE tT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO~4ISSION OF
THE C~TY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
The performance bond for Sanitary Sewers in the amount of
$i35~587.00 is hereby reduced to $49,942.00.
