REDUCING THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR WELLESLEY AT
BOYNTON BEACH, A REPLAT OF TRACT "N" OF THE MEADOWS
300 IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGES 99 thru 104 OF
THE COUNTY RECORDS
WHEREAS, a request has been received to reduce the
$138,510.00 performance bond for Water Distribution for Wellesley
at Boynton Beach, and,
WHEREAS, the value of the uncompleted water distribution
Work has been determined to be $46,900.00.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BQYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA:
The performance bond for Water Distribution in the amount
of $138~510~00 is hereby reduced to $46,900.00.
