300 IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGES 99 thru 104 OF
THECOUNTY RECORDS
WHEREAS~ a request has been received to reduce the
$209,992.50 Performance bond for Drainage for Wellesley at Boynton
Beach~ and,
WHEREAS, the value of the uncompleted drainage work has
been de~er-mined to be' $74~210.~0.
NOW¥ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE C~TY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
The perfor~mance bond for Drainage in the amount of
$2Q9~992~50 is hereby reduced to $74,210.00.
