REDUCING THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR WELLESLEY AT
BOYNTON BEACH, A REPLAT OF TRACT "N" OF THE MEADOWS
300 IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGES 99 thru 104 OF
THE COUNTY RECORDS
WHEREAS, a request has been received to reduce the

Boynton Beach, and,
WHEREAS, the value of the uncompleted paving work has been
determined to be $122,892.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO~ISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA:
The performance bond for Paving in the amount of
$240~490.00 is hereby reduced to $122,892.50.
