A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
RELEASING THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR TRACT "G", CLUB
MEADOWS, PHASE III IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH,
RANGE 43 EAST AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 111
IN THE PALM BEACH COUNTY RECORDS
WHEREAS, a request has been received to release the
performance bond for Tract "G", Club Meadows, Phase III previously
reduced from $341,348.00 to $200,163.00 by Resolution No. 87-AAA,
and,
WHEREAS~ the required improvements have b~en made and a
certification letter from the Design Engineer and a guarantee
letter from the Developer have been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
The surety bond in the amount of $200,163.00 is hereby
released and the improvements accepted.
