A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, RELEASING THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR
CLIPPER COVE APARTMENTS A/K/A THE LANDINGS
APARTMENTS, 2575 S.W. CONGRESS BLVD.
WHEREAS, the bonded landscape improvements for this apartment
complex have been completed, and,
WHEREAS, a certification of completion from the landscape
architect and a memorandum from the City Forester indicating approval
have been received,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSI.ON OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the Performance Bond in the amount of $21,000.00 is
hereby released.
