A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CO~MISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA TO RELEASE THE
RESTORATION BOND FOR THE FILL PERMIT FOR OAKWOOD
SQUARE SHOPPING CENTER IN SECTION 20, TOYTNSHIP
45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST AND LYING SOUTH OF OLD
BOYNTON ROAD AND EAST OF CONGRESS AVENUE
WHEREAS, a certification letter from the Design Engineer,
January 21, 1988, has been received, and,
WHEREAS, the fill work has been completed for the project
known as Oakwood Square, and,
WHEREASt restoration of any damage to public or private
y has been restored to an equal or better Condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the Restoration Bond in the amount of $20,000.00 for
the fill permit for the above named project be released.
