AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 92 and 93
OF THE PALM BEACH COUNTY RECORDS
WHEREAS, the bonded improvements for this Planned Unit
Development have been completed, and,
WHEREAS, a certification from the Design Engineer and a
one year guarantee from the Developer have been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS ..H.~REBY~ .v. RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the Performance Bond in the amount of $143,205.25
is hereby released.
