A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RELEASING THE PERFORMANCE
BOND FOR CHALET IV, PLAT NO. 4, IN SECTION 18,
TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST AS RECORDED IN PLAT
BOOK 53, PAGES 180 thru 182 OF PALM BEACH COUNTY
RECORDS
WHEREAS, earthwork, paving and drainage, water distributionI
system and sewage collection system improvements have been com-
pleted, and,
WHEREAS, a certification has been received from the Design
Engineer and a one year guarantee has been received from the
Developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
The performance bond, previously reduced to $20,000 by
Resolution No. 87-JJ, is hereby released.
