A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, REDUCING THE AMOUNT OF THE
PERFORMANCE BOND FOR 1744 ft. PORTION OF THE LOOP
ROAD, a.k.a. SANDALWOOD DRIVE, WEST OF CONGRESS
AVENUE IN SECTION 18 TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH RANGE 43
EAST ' ' ·
WHEREAS, earthwork, paving and drainage, street lighting,
water lines and sanitary sewer line construction have been
substantially completed, and,
WHEREAS, the value of the work remaining is sidewalk
construction, grading and miscellaneous repairs in the amount of
$21,000.00, and,
WHEREAS, a certification letter has been received from the
Design Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
The performance bond, previously reduced to $29,000.00 by
Resolution No. 86-NNNN, is hereby reduced to the value of the
uncompleted improvements in the amount of $21,000.00.
