87-WWWA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE SUBDIVISION
HEATHERLAKE AT THE MEADOWS, A P.U.D. BEING A
REPLAT OF TRACT "L", MEADOWS 300, PLAT NO. 3 AS
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 196 thru 200 OF
THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of $370,522.08
has been received which is 110% of the construction cost, and,
WHEREAS, an additional performance bond in the amount of
$40,493.74 has been received for sidewalk construction which is
110% of the cost of the sidewalks, and,
WHEREAS, the administration fee of $7,473.02 has been
received which is 2% of the total cost of the bonded improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the plat is hereby resolved to have received final
plat approval by the City Commission in the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, with all conditions previously agreed upon and subject
subdivision is hereby affirmed and adopted.
