A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RELEASING THE PERFORMANCE
BOND FOR THE LANDINGS IN SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 45
SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52,
PAGES 48 thru 52 OF PALM BEACH COUNTY RECORDS
WHEREAS, earthwork, paving and drainage, street lighting,
water distribution system and sewage collection system improvements
have been completed, and,
WHEREAS, a certification has been received from the Design
Engineer and a one year guarantee has been received from the
Developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
The performance bond, p~eviously reduced to $119,121.20 by
Resolution No. 86-LLLL, is hereby released.
