87-TTTRESOLUTION NO. 87-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE RELEASE OF SURETY FOR
WATER IMPROVEMENTS IN SEACREST BOULEVARD
FROM MINER ROAD TO HYPOLUXO ROAD
WHEREAS, construction of the aforementioned water
and sewer systems is completed, and
WHEREAS, the City has accepted the water system for
operation and maintenance, and
WHEREAS, the developer and engineering firm of
record have requested full release of surety, and
WHEREAS, the developer has furnished a final release
of lien from the contractor, with a one-year written
guaranty.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND
CITY COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH:
That the surety bond requirement for the water
system in Seacrest Boulevard, from Miner Road to Hypoluxo
Road, as provided by the Alfieri-Pugliese Company, is hereby
released in full.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th day of October, 1987.
