A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE REDUCTION OF SURETY FOR
WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS FOR
FAIRMONT PLACE (a/k/a EQUESTRIAN,
PLAT II)
WHEREAS, construction of the aforementioned water
and sewer systems is predominately completed, and
WHEREAS, the water and sewer systems have passed
all pertinent testing to date, and
WHEREAS, the engineering firm of record has
requested establishment of a reduced surety bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND
CITY COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH:
That the cash surety bond requirement for Fairmont
Place is hereby reduced to a value of $10,000.00, said
amount to be retained by the City of Boynton Beach.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th day of October, 1987.
