87-KKKA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
ADOPTING FINAL BUDGETS FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1987 AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1988; PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
W/~EREA~, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida has complied with Florida Statutes Section
200.065.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the proposed Budget for the ensuing
Fiscal Year previously prepared by the City Manager,
reviewed and amended by the ~ityCommission and~now filed in
the City Hall, City of Boynton Beach, Florida, be and the
same is hereby finalized and adopted for the Fiscal Year of
said municipality beginning October 1, 1987, and ending
September 30, 1988, pursuant to and in compliance with the
provisions of the City Charter of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida and the Laws of Florida, said Budget being made a
part hereof by reference.
Section 2: That there is hereby appropriated the
sum of THREE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED EIGHTY AND NO/100 ($3,990,680.00) DOLLARS to the
Sanitation Fund for the payment of operating expenses and
necessary capital outlays.
Section 3: That there is hereby appropriated the
sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND THREE
HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT AND NO/100 ($1,221~358.00) DOLLARS to
the Boynton Beach Recreational Facilities Fund (Golf Course)
for operating expenses and necessary capital outlays.
Section 4: That there is hereby appropriated the
sum of FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FOURTEEN
AND NO/100 ($486,614.00) DOLLARS to the Boynton Beach
Recreational Facilities Fund for the purpose of paying Debt
Service due on the Golf Course Recreational Bonds, the sum
of TWELVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT AND NO/100
($12,958.00) DOLLARS for the amortization of its Revenue
Bond discounts and prepaid insurance, for a total of ONE
MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY
AMD NO/100 ($1,720,930.00) DOLLARS.
Section 5: That there is hereby appropriated the
sum of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND EIGHT
HUNDRED SEVEN AND NO/100 ($1,636,807.00) DOLLARS to the
Vehicle Service Fund for the payment of operating expenses
and necessary capital outlays.
Section 6: That there is hereby appropriated the
sum of EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
TWENTY-NINE AND NO/100 ($885,829.00) DOLLARS to the Local
Option Gas Tax Fund for the payment of operating expenses
and necessary capital outlays.
Section 7: That there is hereby appropriated the
sum of SEVEN MILLION SIX HUNDRED 'EIGHTY-ONE THOUSAND NINE
HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR AND NO/100 ($7,681~964.00) DOLLARS
to the Water and Sewer Utility Fund for operating expenses
and necessary capital outlay.
Section 8: That there is hereby appropriated the
sum of TWO MILLION TWENTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO
AND NO/100 ($2,020,882.00) DOLLARS to the Water and Sewer
Utility Fund for the purpose of paying debt service due on
the Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, the sum of TWO MILLION
TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE AND NO/100
($2,027,531.00) DOLLARS for the depreciation of utilities,
fixed assets and amortization of its Revenue Bond discounts
and prepaid insurance, for a total of ELEVEN MILLION
SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN
AND NO/100 ($11,730,377) DOLLARS.
Section 9:
That this Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its passage.
