OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RELEASING THE ORIGINAL
PERFORMANCE BOND FOR QUAIL LAKE WEST (REPLATED AS
QUAIL RUN) IN SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH,
RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, Bond No. 6155136 in the amount of $1,341,263.40
was posted on July 10, 1987 for improvements for Quail Run,
replat of Quail Lake West, and,
WHEREAS, the new bond provides surety for all improve-
ments including all off-site improvements, and,
WHEREAS, the original bond in the amount of $795,000.00
posted for Quail Lake West is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
The original bond in the amount of $795,000.00 is hereby
released.
