A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE "BLUM PLAT"
SUBDIVISION, A REPLAT OF A PORTION OF THE "SUB-
DIVISION OF SECTIONS 29 and 20, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH,
RANGE 43 EAST" AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 20
OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of $165,000,
110% of the cost of the improvements, has been received, and~
WHEREAS, the filing fee of $250 and the administration
fee of 2% of the bond amount or $3,300 has been received, and,
WHEREAS, the recreation fee in the amount of $8,816.33
has been received.
NOW THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the plat is hereby resolved to have received final
plat approval by the City Commission in the City of Boynton Beach,
Flo~ida~ with all conditions previously agreed upon and subject
subdivision is hereby affirmed and adopted.
