WHEREA~, a performance bond in the amount of $1,341,263

is befng held to insure that subdivision improvements are installe~
completed and paid for in accordance with applicable requirements,

~HEREAS~ an administration fee of $7,950 was paid prior t.

plat for Quail Lake West~ and,
WHEREAS, the administration fee of $16,437, which is 2%
of' thee cost for improvements less the $7,950 previously paid, has
been received~
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
C0~M%SS%ON OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the plat is hereby resolved to have received final
plat approval by the City Commission in the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, with'all conditions required by ordinance complied with
and subject subdivision is hereby affirmed and adopted°
