FLORIDA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR CROSS
CREEK CENTRE IN SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 45
SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
YfHEREAS, a cash performance bond in the amount of
$t00~49!~.6Q has been received to assure construction of the
improvements, and,
WHEREAS, all fees have been paid including the
administration fee of $1~827.12,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO~4ISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
approved.
The final plat for Cross Creek Centre is hereby
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS
