A RESOLUTION OF THE CiTY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING FINAL PLATS FOR QUANTUM PARK AT BOYNTON
BEACH, A PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT IN PORTIONS
OF SECTIONS 16,17,20 and 21, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH,
RANGE 43 EAST IN PALM BEACH COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the final plats for the following subdivisions
for Quantum Park at Boynton Beach, a Planned Industrial Develop-
ment, have been received as listed below:
Quantum Park at Boynton Beach, P.I.D.
Plat Numbers 1,iA,2,4,5,6,7 and 8, and,
WHEREAS, all fees have been paid including the Administra-
tion Fee of $185,900, and,
WHEREAS, surety in the amount of 110% of the estimated
cost or $10,225,000 shall be received to insure that the improve-
ments are installed and paid for in accordance with applicable
requirements~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
CO~MMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the above listed plats are hereby resolved to have
received final plat approval by the City Commission in the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, with all conditions previously agreed upon
and subject subdivisions are hereby affirmed and adopted contingen~
upon the receipt of the fully executed surety agreement referred
to above.
