FLORIDA, REDUCING THE VALUE OF THE
PERFORMANCE BOND FOR ~HOGANY
BAY, PLAT NO.
1, IN SECTION 18 TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE
43 EAST '
WHEREAS, a performance bond in tke amount of
$466,516.75 (previously reduced to $149,530.95 by Resolution No.
87-B) was posted to assure construction of the improvements, and,
WHEREAS, a substantial amount of the bonded
improvements have been completed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the required amount of the bond be reduced to the
value of the uncompleted work in the amount of $25,000.00.
